Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Area Sales Manager to oversee our B2B sales operations within a designated area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing effective sales strategies to achieve targets. This role demands a thorough understanding of the market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.


Responsibilities:
● Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve area sales targets and expand the customer base.
● Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of B2B sales representatives, ensuring they meet individual and team sales goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
● Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities.
● Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
● Sales Forecasting: Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to provide insights into sales performance and market trends.
● Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitive landscape, identify emerging market opportunities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
● Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.
● Negotiation and Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation of sales contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company and compliance with company policies.
● Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to senior management


Requirements:
Willingness to travel within the designated area. Valid driver’s license (if applicable).

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing sales deals with businesses. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the B2B sales process, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.


Responsibilities:
Research –
1. Conduct research to identify potential clients and their needs, and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
2. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
3. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts, keeping management informed of progress and challenges.


Sales –
1. Prospect and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
2. Present products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
3. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that sales targets and objectives are met or exceeded.
4. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, processes, and performance to achieve and exceed sales targets.


After Sales Services –
1. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may
have and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target companies.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to
ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer needs.
